PLEASE NOTE: If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you NOT reimburse your volunteer in cash but through Venmo or other payment app., or call ahead to the store and provide them your credit card information. Please do NOT open door until the volunteer has left the premises.

We want to help you get what you need while staying safe. Please fill out this form so that we can bring things to you!

NOTE: If you have a parent, grandparent, friend or other relative who needs help, please feel free to fill this out on their behalf. You’re welcome to also include your contact info if you’d like us to confirm with you once we’ve delivered their items.
